Blue Hair

The other day I met a girl on campus with blue hair. In most universities that would not have been anything special, but here at BYU where it is strictly not allowed it is. Here at BYU some teachers might kick her out of class, but I guess they haven't. The main place at BYU where checks for "inconsistencies" in dress and grooming is the testing center. There if a man doesn't shave or a girl has blue hair they will get turned away. This girl says she makes sure to wear a hat or hide it somehow when she gets there.

I guess I should be sad that she is breaking the rules, but rather I was really refreshed to see some individuality. Blue hair rocks.

Cape Girl

Today walking from class to work I saw this girl so I had to get a picture. At first I thought is that some kind of jacket wrapped around her neck. It must be. I was mistaken. This girl was actually wearing a full on bright yellow cape. Who does she think she is? I am not going to question her, what if she actually does have super powers.

As soon as I had put my camera away a guy walked by wearing a tucked in plaid shirt with bell bottom jeans. He could have been straight out of the 70s or something. People at BYU are weird.
